My uncle gifted me his old camera when he wanted a newer version, and I initially left it to gather dust. When I finally did pick it up, all it took was a few clicks, and I was hooked. I took it everywhere with me, and shot pictures of whatever I could. Initially it was just a hobby of mine, but I loved seeing how happy it made people when I was able to capture the candid moments that normally slip through your fingers.
